Seamless data capture
We wanted the site to help Sarah gather a clearer picture of her constituents, both for more useful future communication and to better understand their needs.
We built a series of form templates to fulfil various functional requirements and connected them to a MailChimp database. Any submissions are automatically tagged with relevant context and location data meaning future interactions can be more targeted and meaningful.
Community Map
Sarah's team wanted an easy way to show where she had been and what she was doing in the community.
We build an interactive map and connected it to the CMS so that the team could easily document new events at various locations across the constituency.
Custom blocks for an intuitive editing experience
We created a suite of WordPress Gutenberg ready blocks, tailored to the layout and campaigning needs of the team. These blocks served different functional purposes and could be dragged, dropped and restyled with ease. This gave the team more flexibility about the types of layouts they use on the site and made the addition of forms, surveys and petitions intuitive without the need for technical knowledge.
All functionality fully documented for easy maintenance
In order to help with future maintenance we build a private documentation area. This area gives a detailed breakdown of all block types and functionality across the site and how to work with it.
