International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB)
International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) is the overarching alliance for the global eye health sector, with more than 150 organisations in over 100 countries working together for a world where everyone has universal access to eye care. They wanted to move the campaign aspect of their work over to NationBuilder, with the view of moving the rest of their site over in due course.

Vibrant campaign pages with partner logos
The main focus of new IAPB site was their extensive campaign work. The new site allows for dynamic, interaction driven landing pages to built quickly and without the need for coding.
We added the facility to include a partner logo for cobranded campaigns, a feature that remains constant throughout all related campaign sub pages.
Expanding forms to save space and encourage interaction
We wanted to avoid overwhelming users with large forms which take up space and obscure following content so the new IAPB site utilises expanding forms. When a user interacts with the visible fields any subsequent fields then animate into view. This keeps the site clear and useable whilst still promoting interaction.
Animation to signify the achievement of a goal
The site will feature a lot of petitions, surveys, pledges and other goal focused actions. In these instances the page shows an elegant progress bar to show how the goal is progressing.
For a bit of fun, when a goal is reached the progress bar shifts to a celebratory confetti animation.
Bespoke form design
One of the biggest challenges with the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness site was the need for a form that allows users to pledge site care commitments which can then be tallied and added to a progress bar.
The form needed to differentiate between individuals and organisations and allow for different pledge amounts, ranging from one to thousands.
To achieve this we created a staged form from modified NationBuilder functionality which seamlessly took the user through the process of adding their pledge.
