Liam Byrne is the Member of Parliament for Birmingham, Hodge Hill. We were asked to design and build a website that would make it easy for Liam to keep his constituents up to date with his latest work, writing and research. The site also needed to be able to host petitions on relevant topics and have a comprehensive contact form that made a distinction between constituents questions and enquiries and other submissions.  All submissions via contact or newsletter sign up forms had to be recorded in an installation of CiviCRM, the open source customer relationship management software. This would allow Liam and his team to keep an up to date record of all stakeholders and send them appropriate correspondence dependent on previous interactions.

The design brief stipulated that the site needed to be stylish and easily usable, whilst not looking showy or overly extravagant. Below are some screenshots from the live site. home page
